RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
15 Day Return for full refund. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form (RAF), or they cannot be processed. Customer pays return shipping. To obtain a RAF, simply email us at and we will send you the form.
The only items we cannot accept as a return are the Level III+ and Level IV hard armor. This is due to the ceramic plate: Once it is returned, we cannot certify that the ceramic is undamaged.
60 Day Repair / Replace of the t-shirt carrier for any reason.
5-year warranty on the armor panels and armor plates as per NIJ guidelines.
Shirts are custom made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. WE DO OUR BEST TO DELIVER AHEAD OF SCHEDULE .
All other products typically shipped within ten (10) days. However, due to the recent demand for hard armor, some products may take up to thirty (30) days to be delivered. If you are under a time constraint, please call or email and we will try to accomodate you.

By virtue of "checking out" and completing the purchase, you certify that you are eligible to possess body armor under the laws of the jurisdiction where you will possess the armor.
